About Collaboration Coalition Founder, Baily Hancock

Baily Hancock is a Collaboration Consultant and Founder of The Collaboration Coalition membership community who helps entrepreneurs increase their visibility through collaboration and grow their community with partnerships so they can have a greater impact and influence in the world.

A self-described “Professional Friend-Maker”, Baily believes in finding the overlap between you and those around you, because it's in that overlap where communication, connection, and collaboration can happen. Through 1:1 consulting, speaking gigs, and her podcast, “Stop, Collaborate & Listen”, she delivers the practical advice needed to successfully collaborate and empowers her community to advocate for themselves and know their value in partnerships and beyond.

In the last five years, Baily’s done over 150 speaking gigs across the U.S. and worked with 80+ entrepreneurs and startup companies to help them leverage partnerships as a growth strategy, including General Assembly, IDEO U, and The Riveter. She’s the recipient of the Empowerment Leader Award from the Business Relationship Alliance and a past President of the Santa Monica Junior Chamber of Commerce. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 2010, Baily earned an MBA with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of South Florida.
